材料
主料

[li]料酒 (1茶匙) 生抽 (1茶匙)[/li]
[li]生粉 (2湯匙)[/li]
[li]韓式酸甜辣醬 (100克)[/li]

排骨斬小塊,用清水浸泡1小時,洗去血污。[/li]

加入鹽,糖,生抽,料酒腌制1小時。[/li]

生粉入盆,與排骨和勻,掛成薄薄的糊。[/li]

入油鍋炸至金黃成熟后,撈出瀝干油。[/li]

炸完排骨后把油倒出,用僅剩的那一點潤鍋油把紅椒與香芹,蔥段炒至斷生后盛出。[/li]

鍋燒熱,放油,加入糖醋辣醬1袋[/li]

把排骨放入炒勻。[/li]

臨出鍋時,把之前炒好的香芹,紅椒,蔥段加入,炒勻即可出鍋。[/li]

小貼士
1.排骨用清水浸泡后,可以省卻焯水,並且肉質相對還要更軟嫩多汁些。
2.前期腌制時,腌制不要過重,剛剛好就可以了,因為最後還要加入糖醋辣醬哦。
3.香芹,紅椒這些配菜,可加可不加,視自家情況決定。
